The Restaurant of Surprise

So, while exploring the Irish countryside, I came upon a restaurant that shocked me to my very core. Not least because I found it here in Ireland, and NOT in Italy, where this kind of thing is not all that uncommon. In any case, a picture is worth 1,000 words, so I'm letting this one do the talking:

Wowie, that is shocking. I bet the food's pretty good but they've got a bit of a grain shortage. Ha ha ha, sorry, couldn't resist. I actually made an Aeolic genitive joke at work the other day. Thierry seemed to think it was funny, but I don't think he really got the depth of the quip.
Okay, one more: what sort of opus did they use for the floor? Ha.
